About

Bharat’s goal as a Physiotherapist is to help minimize pain, improve function, and enhance his patient’s quality of life. He believes in a customized approach that is right for every individual. He utilizes a variety of specialized techniques to address each individual’s unique challenge or problem, whether it’s pain, weakness, stiffness, scar tissue, or a musculoskeletal condition.

Bharat has completed advanced post-graduate training in spinal manipulation and became a Certified Manual Therapist through SWODEAM Institute in 2016. He also specializes in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Acupuncture, Dry-Needling, Muscle Energy Technique, and Core strengthening.

Bharat’s career started as an I.C.U. Physiotherapist in a super-specialty hospital, which taught him to be empathetic to the specific needs and concerns faced by individuals and families. He has also worked in an Orthopedics division focusing on acute to chronic injuries and sports injuries, post-surgical repairs like ACL, PCL, and Patellar ligament reconstruction, hip and knee replacements, and more. He has a special interest in helping with shoulders (rotator cuff tears), back, and knees.
