About
Gina is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She completed her formal training at the International Academy of Massage Therapy in Ottawa, Ontario, where she developed a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and evidence‑based therapeutic techniques.
Her clinical practice focuses on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction, with particular emphasis on reducing pain, improving functional mobility, and supporting long‑term tissue health. Gina provides targeted deep tissue therapy for patients managing chronic tension, postural strain, and injury‑related conditions, and also incorporates Swedish massage techniques to support parasympathetic activation and overall stress reduction.
Gina’s treatment approach is patient‑centered and grounded in clinical reasoning. Each session is tailored to the individual’s presentation, goals, and response to treatment, ensuring safe, effective, and measurable outcomes. She is committed to maintaining a professional, supportive environment where patients feel informed, respected, and actively involved in their care plan.
Outside of clinical practice, Gina enjoys sewing, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family, friends, and her Shih Tzu, Teddy.
