Hashmeet enjoys using his skills and experience to help patients achieve their goals. His treatment approach includes manipulative therapy, mobilisation, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, acupuncture, electrotherapy, and individualized exercise prescription. He is also equipped with Mulligan and McKenzie techniques to effectively manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
A strong advocate for patient education, Hashmeet believes that empowering patients with knowledge plays a vital role in their recovery and long-term wellbeing. He strives to maintain a balance between ongoing education and clinical practice, as he strongly believes that continuous learning is essential for optimal patient outcomes.
Outside of work, Hashmeet enjoys shopping, skydiving, cooking a variety of cuisines, listening to old music, and going on long drives. In his downtime, he also loves relaxing and admiring nature.
