About

Hiral Chauhan is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO). She graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science in India with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2010. She has expanded her knowledge and experience by working with a wide array of cliental over the subsequent four years.

Much of her post-graduate training involves the assessment and treatment of pelvic health conditions, vestibular dysfunction, vertigo, and concussion management. Hiral is also specialized in acupuncture as she has a keen interest in the healing effects this treatment method can produce on one’s body.

Hiral specializes in treating knee, shoulder, back, and neck pain, work and sport-related injuries, pelvic health conditions, concussions, balance, and vestibular issues, motor vehicle accidents, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Hiral emphasizes the utilization of evidence-based strategies that combine a variety of treatment modalities included but not limited to manual therapy, kinesio taping, therapeutic ultrasound, electrotherapy modalities, individualized exercise prescription and patient education. Hiral also has experience working with pediatric clients suffering from different motor developmental delays, such as Down’s syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, etc. She also has experience with geriatric clients suffering from neurological issues such as Parkinson’s disease and post-stroke deficits.

Hiral is proficient, personable, dedicated to healing, and most of all passionate about the work she does to help her clients resume their regular activities, free of pain and with a new found sense of strength and confidence.
