About

Parul is a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy in India. In 2022, she came to Canada to pursue her physiotherapy career.

Parul brings extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation. Having worked in multi-specialty hospital and clinical settings in India, she is well-versed in addressing diverse patient needs across all stages of recovery.

She has a strong critical care background, including two years in the ICU managing complex cases and supporting early recovery. She has extensive experience in spinal cord injury, neurological rehabilitation, and pediatric rehabilitation, utilizing personalized, evidence-based approaches.

Parul believes in the healing power of movement and the body’s remarkable ability to recover and adapt. Guided by strong clinical experience and evidence-based practice, she provides thorough support for injury and illness rehabilitation. Her treatment approach integrates skilled hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercise and movement, education, with a focus on seamlessly incorporating physiotherapy into each client’s daily life and training routine to optimize recovery and performance. She believes in empowering each one of her clients to reach their goals.

Known for her empathetic nature and gentle, patient-centred approach, Parul ensures that every individual feels heard, supported, and confident throughout their rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Parul enjoys music and yoga, and spending time with her friends and family.
