About

Pooja has completed her Bachelor’s degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India in 2011. She has also completed her Master’s degree from the same University specializing in musculoskeletal and sports injury. She worked in Mumbai in private outpatient clinics and home health for over 10 years before moving to Canada in the year 2023. 

She specializes in musculoskeletal conditions and has completed her certification in the McKenzie protocol and is a certified McKenzie therapist. Her treatment approach is patient centered and she encourages her patients to be an active participant in their recovery. 

She has gained a certification in acupuncture and dry needling as well. 

Outside work, Pooja loves spending time with her family and friends. She’s passionate about cooking, travelling and listening to music.
