Rex Su

Introducing relaxation at the skilled hands of RMT Rex Su. In 2024, Rex made the move from London to Ottawa. While in London, Ontario, he completed the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College. Before establishing himself in Canada, Rex spent 15 years immersed in the global Creative and Communication industry. In 2011, he earned a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Leicester, England. During England's cold and damp winters, coupled with the heavy workload of academic reading, Rex faced his own challenges: persistent headaches, backaches, and shoulder pains. These struggles, caused by long hours at a desk and physical overuse, may feel all too familiar to many of you.

Growing up, Rex Su actively participated in various sports such as basketball, soccer, swimming and table tennis. These experiences instilled in him an appreciation for the significance of physical activity and rehabilitation in maintaining and enhancing the body's functionality. 

Rex's goal is to improve his clients' overall well-being by creating personalized treatment plans and utilizing a variety of massage techniques, including fascia release and tapotement.
