About

Roma is a Registered Physiotherapist in Canada with a strong educational background and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and well-being. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2021 and subsequently moved to Canada, where she pursued the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College to further expand her clinical knowledge and skills. Following her studies, Roma began working as a physiotherapist, providing evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.
 
She is committed to continuous learning and professional development. Roma is Pelvic Floor Level 1 and Level 2 certified and holds additional certifications in Acupuncture, Dry Needling, and Traditional Cupping Therapy. Her comprehensive skill set also includes manual therapy techniques such as joint manipulation and soft tissue release, enabling her to deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
 
With a strong patient-centred approach, Roma focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function through a combination of hands-on therapy and personalized exercise programs. She works with patients recovering from injuries as well as individuals seeking to improve physical performance, always aiming to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
 
Outside of her professional practice, Roma is passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle and strongly believes in the power of movement and rehabilitation to enhance overall quality of life.
