Sahil Patel
About
Sahil is a dedicated and enthusiastic physiotherapist with a strong desire to support those who are experiencing physical limitations and discomfort. He has completed his bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from Government Physiotherapy College, Ahmedabad, India. During his training, he was exposed to clients with varying physical injuries and he acquired a wide breadth of knowledge in the areas of cardiopulmonary, neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation; as well as working in private clinic settings.
When he came to Canada, Sahil enrolled in a post-graduate diploma program of Health, Wellness and Fitness at Mohawk College, in Hamilton, Ontario. Through this program, he furthered his knowledge on building exercise programs best suited to his patients needs.
Sahil believes in an evidence-based approach to therapy. He uses a combination of hands-on techniques mixed with electric modalities to obtain optimal results.
Outside of work, he loves to play volleyball, cricket, and additional sports.
