Sakina Harianawala is a dedicated and empathetic Resident Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping clients restore movement and improve their quality of life. She believes in a patient-centered approach that combines education, manual therapy, and active rehabilitation to achieve sustainable results.
Sakina has completed her Pelvic Floor Level 1 certification, enhancing her expertise in women’s health and pelvic rehabilitation. She is committed to continuous learning and providing evidence-based, individualized care to every client she works with.
Outside of work, Sakina enjoys staying active through regular workouts and loves traveling to new places, exploring different cultures, and experiencing new adventures. She strongly believes that consistent movement and curiosity for exploration contribute to a balanced and fulfilling life.
