Physiotherapy Resident

About

Shreeya is a dedicated physiotherapist who graduated from MGM School of Physiotherapy in India in 2021 and completed her credentialing in Canada. She is passionate about helping individuals recover from injury, improve movement, and return to the activities they enjoy with confidence.

Inspired by her background in volleyball, Shreeya developed an early interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and movement science. She has a strong clinical interest in orthopaedics and functional rehabilitation, focusing on personalized treatment plans that support strength, mobility, and long-term recovery.

Committed to lifelong learning, Shreeya continues to expand her clinical expertise through ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

After graduation, Shreeya spent a year trekking in the Himalayas, an experience that deepened her appreciation for resilience, endurance, and the body’s remarkable ability to adapt and heal.

Now based in Ottawa for the past three years, Shreeya is proud to serve and support the local community through compassionate, patient-centred care.

In her free time she enjoys running, reading, and exploring new recipes.
