About
Vrutika is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India. She has a strong focus on musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation and is experienced in providing hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, acupuncture, dry needling and pelvic floor techniques as part of individualized treatment plans.
She takes a patient-centred approach, combining strong clinical reasoning with evidence-based practice to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to their daily activities safely and confidently.
Vrutika believes in educating patients about their condition and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
